Unless otherwise agreed by RevitaBlock in writing to the contrary, the following conditions apply to all work carried out for customers and replace any previous conditions issued by RevitaBlock.
The conditions shall override any terms and conditions referred by the customer whether in any order or in any negotiation.
- Unless agreed otherwise all quotations are valid for thirty days from date of issue.
- Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all work will be carried out at the customer's premises.
1. RevitaBlock will carry out the work to exacting standards, with due care and professionalism, will ask the customer to explain the cause of each condition, and any treatment already carried out by or on behalf of the customer and will take every reasonable care with the customer's goods, however:
- It does not guarantee removal of all stains and marks or guarantee to make soiled areas completely cleaned.
- It does not accept liability for shrinkage or colour loss/migration arising out of, or as a result of the cleaning process or the use of industry approved cleaning agents, or resulting directly or indirectly from information given or not given to it by the customer, unless resulting from a lack of due care, understanding and skill level.
2. To uphold the above conditions, RevitaBlock will:
- Explain the causes behind each situation using applicable professional training and knowledge.
- Provide an inspection service to maximise the likelihood of success in treating the condition.
3. While cleaning at the customer's premises, RevitaBlock agrees to move furniture as requested by the owner or responsible site attendee providing adequate provision has been made for health and safety material handling constraints and it shall have absolute discretion to decide whether such provision has been made. RevitaBlock will not accept liability for any damage to any goods not removed by the customer unless damage occurred as a result of negligence or lack of due care and attention.
4. RevitaBlock will not in the course of the business, move any electrical items from respective power sources including televisions, computers, hi-fi units or any large items of furniture containing glass and crockery items.
5. RevitaBlock operators are fully insured for third party liability including full treatments risk. RevitaBlock may transfer any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement.
6. The terms of this Agreement may not be enforced by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person not a party to it with the exception of any licensor of RevitaBlock which is entitled to enforce any terms of the Agreement.
7. This Agreement is governed by English law and the English courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes relating to it.
